| Colour: | A lovely golden hue. This wine should be preferably served in large high-stemmed glasses, bringing out the best in the even and lively colouring. |
| Nose: | The flavour is very typical of berry wines, slightly blunt and essential, but long- lasting and aromatic. |
| Taste: | The wine has the concentrated taste of aromatic berries, with overtones of dry grass, even the sting of nettles. It is well-balanced, and when served well-chilled it goes nicely with white meats or poultry, together with capers and a slice of lemon, and with a slightly salty shellfish salad or with crayfish and dill. |
