| Colour: | In the attainment of the beautiful colour of a bilberry, the very light Alahovi liqueur having an alcohol concentration of only 17 per cent has succeeded very well. The elegant liqueur swirls in the glass without tinting it. |
| Taste: | The low alcohol concentration allows room for the naturally fairly acid-free berry. It also offers an excellent opportunity for a versatile use of the liqueur, not only as an essential component of various drink mixes but also of creams, ice creams and parfaits. The liqueur can also be served at representative parties, because it does not dye lips or teeth. The Alahovi style suits well to bilberries. The aroma of the liqueur is like that of a bilberry pie, round and sweet like jam. |
