| Nose: | It reminds of baked apples or an apple pie. The traditional aroma brought up by alcohol vapour is fresh. The liqueur does not push the vapours into one’s nose but rather provides an initiative for the Epicurean himself. |
| Taste: | The acids of the Apple Liqueur do not attack, and the liqueur has something of a candy quality. The 17 per cent alcohol concentration used by Alahovi contributes to the lightness and easiness of the liqueur. The Apple Liqueur is a light modern drink in which the apple comes into one’s own. |
